VALENTINE´S DAY💓 14th February
Saint Valentine was a Roman Catholic priest who was also a doctor and lived in Italy during the 3rd century AD.
Saint Valentine became famous because he secretly celebrated marriages, since many couples were in love and could not legally marry in Rome because Emperor Claudius II prohibited it. Upon finding out that Valentine was secretly celebrating weddings, Claudius ordered his arrest and sentenced him to death on February 14, 270. For this reason, Valentine´s Day is commemorated every year.

Many People believe that the word `feelings´only means emotions but actually, the word describes anything we feel, both physical or emotional. Wether you are feeling happy, tired, motivated or in pain, it´s the feeling information that let you know what´s going on. Looking a bit closer you´ll find that feeling happy is got both an emotion to it and a physical sensation. The same applies to feeling tired, it has both an emotion and physical sensation to it.

Community helpers are people who live and work in our communities. They do many things to help us everyday. They provide us good (products we use) and services (things they do for us).
